- Country-specific WHOIS data

- Bulk WHOIS data extraction
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. User Obligations and Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use our services for:
- Sending unsolicited emails (spam) or bulk marketing
- Any illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Reselling or redistributing our data without authorization
- Attempting to compromise system security
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing
All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Current customers will be notified of price changes before renewal.
Payment Methods

Billing Cycle

Failed Payments

Refund Eligibility

Non-Refundable Items

7. Limitation of Liability
WhoisExtractor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party content or conduct on the service
- Any interruption or cessation of service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
By You
You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our sole discretion.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or website notice.

WhoisExtractor offers authentication through third-party services including Google and GitHub. By using these authentication methods, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

When you sign in with Google, you are subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Data Usage: Authentication, account creation, profile information

When you sign in with GitHub, you are subject to GitHub's Terms of Service and Privacy Statement.
Data We Receive: Username, email address, profile picture
Data Usage: Authentication, account creation, profile information
GitHub's Policies:
Important: We do not store your Google or GitHub passwords. Authentication is handled securely through OAuth 2.0 protocol. You can revoke WhoisExtractor's access at any time through your Google or GitHub account settings.
Data Scope: We only request the minimum permissions necessary for authentication. We do not access your private repositories, contacts, or other sensitive data without explicit permission.
